Legal
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the Brilith, provided by Blisphere Solutions PVT. LTD..
Effective
Agreement and eligibility
The Brilith is a business tool intended for use by service businesses and the people who work for them. By creating an account or otherwise using the Brilith, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business as well as you personally.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
Description of service
The Brilith provides a business with an AI employee workspace, including:
- AI-assisted responses to customer questions through an installed website chat widget
- Appointment booking checked against the business’s real availability and scheduling rules
- Human review and approval for actions the business has marked as requiring sign-off
- Tools to manage customers, services, staff, conversations, and business configuration
- Reporting on what the AI has handled, missed, or needs the business to review
The Brilith is a software tool, not a human employee. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. The business is responsible for configuring, testing, and supervising its AI employee, and for reviewing the work it does. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free of errors.
Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account
- You are responsible for the conduct of any staff or authorized users you give access to your business’s account
- You must notify us promptly at contact@blisphere.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Customer data and instructions
As between you and us, you retain your rights to the data you and your customers provide through the service. By using the Brilith, you authorize us to process that data as needed to provide the service to you.
- You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of your own customers’ information
- You must provide any notices and obtain any consents required by law before your customers’ information is processed through the Brilith
- You must not upload or submit information you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful
AI and automated actions
The Brilith’s AI can misunderstand a request or produce an inaccurate response. To use it responsibly:
- You are responsible for configuring your AI employee’s instructions, policies, and scheduling rules correctly
- Approval and pause controls are provided so you can review or stop AI activity, but they do not remove your responsibility to supervise it
- You remain responsible for confirming critical information before relying on it
- The Brilith must not be used as the sole system for emergencies, and it is not represented as emergency-response software
Sensitive and regulated use
The Brilith may be used by businesses in a wide range of service industries, including clinics and other regulated-adjacent settings. However, we do not represent the platform as compliant with any specific regulatory framework (for example, healthcare, legal, or financial regulation), and we do not provide HIPAA, legal-advice, financial-advice, or emergency-services assurances unless separately agreed with you in writing.
You are responsible for determining whether the Brilith is suitable for your specific regulatory environment, and you must not configure the AI to provide professional advice (such as medical, legal, or financial advice) that it is not qualified or authorized to give.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Brilith to:
- Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or abuse
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or business
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Upload or distribute malicious code
- Conduct unauthorized surveillance of any person
- Perform security testing against the service without our prior written permission
- Mislead consumers or misrepresent your business, products, or services
- Rely on the AI for high-risk decisions without adequate human oversight
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access another business’s data
Pricing and payment
The current offer is the Founding Plan: $99 per month after a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. Before your trial ends, we will contact you to arrange continued service — charges are not automatic unless you separately agree to a billing arrangement with us.
- Pricing may change with advance notice to you
- Changes will not retroactively reprice a period you have already paid for
- Applicable taxes may be added to amounts owed
Cancellation and termination
- You may cancel at any time by contacting contact@blisphere.com
- Access ends at the end of a paid period, or as otherwise mutually arranged
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal reasons
- Requests to access or delete your data should be directed to contact@blisphere.com — the Brilith does not currently include a self-service data-deletion flow
Intellectual property
- Blisphere Solutions PVT. LTD. owns the Brilith platform, including its software and design
- You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit through the platform
- If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform except as permitted by law
Third-party services
The Brilith relies on third-party service providers to operate — including an authentication provider, an AI service provider, and an email delivery provider. These providers have their own terms and policies, and their performance is outside our direct control.
Service changes and availability
We may change, add to, or remove features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. The service, or parts of it, may be offered on a beta or early-access basis with more limited functionality or support. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to communicate significant changes.
Disclaimers
The Brilith is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every message will be answered correctly, that every appointment will be booked without error, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI output may be inaccurate. The service does not provide professional advice of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Brilith will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service during the three months before the claim arose. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Blisphere Solutions PVT. LTD. harmless from claims arising out of: data you or your customers submit through the Brilith; your unlawful use of the service; your violation of a third party’s rights; or instructions or configuration choices you make for your AI employee.
Governing law and disputes
The specific governing law and venue for disputes under these Terms will be published here once finalized. Until then, we will work in good faith to resolve any disagreement directly with the business or user involved before pursuing formal proceedings.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Brilith after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
